What happens when I place an order?
When you place an order to purchase a product from Prettyearrings, we will send you an email confirming we have received the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and is confirmed by an email we send to you confirming that we have dispatched it.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at any time with a full refund by emailing mail@ prettyearrings.com, provided we have not picked, packed or dispatched your items. If we have picked, packed or dispatched your items, then we may not be able to stop the delivery process. You may, of course, return any goods you do not want, in accordance with our Returns Policy, but we will not be able to refund the outward postage costs. Please refer to the Returns & Refunds section on this website.

For Nextday Delivery please order before 12:00pm (Monday - Friday).
International Delivery:
- Airmail is £3.50 for all orders under £10 to the following countries and free for orders over £10 to all EU countries.
Do you provide a gift wrapping service?
Yes! On request (Please send email to mail@ prettyearrings.com with your order number) with a charge of £10.00.
How do I return my order?
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resale able condition* within 14 days of receipt.
*For reasons of hygiene and safety we are unable to refund or exchange earrings unless they are faulty.
Should you wish to return an item, please notify us immediately at mail@ prettyearrings.com. Do not send any items back to us, prior to contacting us first. We will not accept any items returned to us without pre-authorisation.
Items should be returned within 14 days and in the condition to which they were received. No item will be accepted as a return if the tags and labels have been removed for any reason. All tags and packaging must still be attached and in the original condition that they were received on the item. Items that are returned in an unfit state, worn or damaged will not be accepted. Any items that are returned that do not comply with the returns policy will be returned to you and no refund given.
Items are returned at your own expense. We do not offer a free post service. If you do not include the correct postage on returning your unwanted items, the postal costs will be deducted from any refund due to you, including any surcharge that Royal Mail levy on underpaid items.
All items remain the senders property until they arrive safely back to us, so it is your responsibility to make sure the item is returned in suitable packaging with tracking and insurances in place.
Delivery Charges
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
Faulty or wrong item
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or wrong items, please email us immediately at mail prettyearrings.com. A replacement or full refund including any postage and packing costs will be offered upon the safe arrival of the goods back to us. Do not send any items back to us, prior to contacting us first. We will not refund postage costs for any items returned to us without pre-authorisation. We will refund the cost of the postage in returning the items to us if an item is wrong or faulty. We do not offer a free post service.

Lost Items
If the expected delivery has not been received within 14 working days after posting please submit your details to mail@ prettyearrings.com. We will endeavour to resolve this problem in a prompt manner and to your satisfaction. |
